The Heart of the Evening

Wild Table, Wild Walk is an evening devoted to walking, gathering, eating together, and discovering what becomes possible when we create a little more space in and around our lives for what is meaningful, and slow.

We’ll begin with drinks and a walk through the groves of Ojai’s iconic East End. Afterward, we’ll gather beneath the heritage oaks for a beautiful, family-style dinner created bychef Karyn Krauss Smith, featuring local and organic ingredients.

Over dinner, authors Libby DeLana and Lauren Duke will lead a conversation about walking, ritual, relationships, and community. Wild Table curators Wanda Weller and Elizabeth Del Nagro will share the ritual of the table and its enduring role as a place where people gather and connect.

Special guest Tristan Prettyman will join us for a few songs during dinner and afterward.
